Hanna Wolde, M.S., BCBA, Clinical Director
Hanna has been working for Learning ARTS since 2006 as a Behavior Technician and Behavior Specialist. Currently, Hanna is the Behavior Analyst and Regional Supervisor for all Learning ARTS programs in the Central Valley. Her responsibilities include: designing, implementing, and evaluating programs; supervising Behavior Specialists and Therapists; training; overseeing and reviewing clients' assessments and behavior intervention plans; tracking clients' progress; and providing parent training and education. Hanna received her Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Fresno and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Hanna's Master's thesis topic was, “The application and the effect of errorless teaching procedures on rate of skill acquisition for children with autism." She presented her research at multiple state and national conferences including the California Association for Behavior Analysis, Association for Behavior Analysis- International, and presented a poster at the Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis. She also worked for Fresno Unified School District as a consultant who provided direct and consultation services to students and school staff related to Positive Behavior Support Plans by analyzing data for functional behavior assessments, implementing class-wide and individual behavior support plans, and training teachers and other support staff to implement such programs.

Mike Stephens, M.A., BCBA, LBA, Regional Supervisor
Mike Stephens has been a Behavior Specialist with Learning ARTS since June 2012. He attended California State University, Fresno where he received a Bachelor's degree in psychology in 2006 and a Master's degree in psychology with an emphasis in ABA in 2012. His Master's thesis involved video modeling to teach parents to better implement behavior intervention strategies. In October 2012 Mike earned his BCBA certification. He has worked at the Central Valley Autism Center at Fresno State and in a hybrid school/early intervention model for the KC Kids STARS program at Kings Canyon Unified School District. Mike currently works out of the Merced office for Learning ARTS and has assisted in developing a clinic in the Merced area. He also does some consultation work for his local school district in Ahwahnee California. After work he stays busy with his 3 wonderful children.

John Gagnon, M.A., BCBA, Regional Supervisor
John Gagnon has been working with individuals with autism, their families, and community in California since 2006 and with Learning ARTS since 2008. In 2012 he received his Master's in Psychology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014. He is currently the Regional Manager and BCBA for the greater Bay Area, dedicating himself to a vast array of patients and expanding to service as many families as possible. His programs focus on positive relationship building through Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and the incorporation of parents into the therapeutic environment for the success of the family structure. John finds personal value in: "Being an intricate part of the development of our patients and witnessing their abilities grow through the implementation of our program alongside the concentrated efforts of their families."

Danielle Pavia, M.A., BCBA, Regional Supervisor
Danielle Pavia has been working for Learning ARTS since 2007 as a Behaviors Technician, Staff Trainer, and Behavior Specialist. She is currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Regional Supervisor for all Learning ARTS program in the Northern Valley. Danielle received her Bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies and Master's degree in Special Education from California State University, Fresno. In addition to her work with Learning A.R.T.S., Danielle also worked as a Special Education Teacher for two years for Golden Valley Unified School District in Madera, CA. In her spare time, she likes to visit craft breweries to try new beers and food.

Amanda Chavira, M.A., BCBA, Regional Supervisor
Amanda obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University, Fresno in 2017. She joined the Learning ARTS team in 2017 and is currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Regional Supervisor working in the Capital City Region. Amanda's current interests include healthy eating behavior and Organizational Behavior Management.

Kimberly Rowley, M.S., BCBA
Kim Rowley left her special day class to work for Learning ARTS in 2000, after experiencing the behavior transformation produced by Dr. Brandon and the application of ABA in the classroom. Kim has served as a Behavior Specialist, RDI Consultant, classroom teacher for Learning ARTS, A Behavior Analyst, currently serving as the Regional Supervisor for the Sacramento area. Kim possesses a Bachelor's degree in Behavior Sciences, a Master's degree in Special Education, has completed course work in both a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and special education mild to moderate credential, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) coursework. Kim possessed certification in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI). Kim celebrates transformations that occur with each and every patient.

Jessa Jansma, M.A., BCBA
Jessa obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine and began working in the field shortly after. She continued to pursue her passion for ABA and received her Master's degree in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Jessa became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015. She has worked in the school, home, community and group home settings with individuals 2-55 years in age. She currently works in the greater Sacramento area. On the weekends Jessa supports her other passion as a gymnastics coach. She enjoys board games and watching local improv.

Jordan Forsythe, M.A., BCBA
Jordan obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University, Fresno in 2013. She joined the Learning ARTS team in 2017 and is currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working in the Central Valley Region. Her work in the field includes more than 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and related disorders.

Alicia Beaudoin, M.S., BCBA
Alicia graduated with her bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University of Sacramento and completed the Applied Behavior Analysis undergraduate certificate program, where she fell in love with ABA. She joined Learning ARTS in 2012. Since then, she has worked in multiple positions within the company, including behavior technician, staff trainer and training program developer, behavior specialist, and Assistant Behavior Analyst. She completed her master's degree in psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016. Now, she enjoys continuing to learn and grow in the field of ABA. She is currently working on completing her PhD and hopes to be finished by 2023. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys camping, fitness, and playing video and board games with friends.

Emily Meek, M.A., BCBA
Emily began working for Learning ARTS in August of 2017 as a Program Manager and is currently working as a Behavior Analyst for the Central Valley and surrounding areas. She attended Southeast Missouri State University in her hometown of Cape Girardeau, MO, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders with a minor in Child Studies in 2011 and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. Emily has been working with children and their families since 2006 and previously worked as an early childhood educator for five years before moving to the Central Valley. In her spare time, Emily enjoys reading, traveling to visit her nephews, and riding motorcycles with her husband.

Priti Hotpeti, M.S., BCBA
I joined learning arts in October 2017. I have been in this field for 11 years. I enjoy working with children and making a difference in life. Everyday there is something new to learn. My interest include spending time with my friends and family, participating in cultural events, trying new foods, and traveling.

Vivian Yeung, M.Ed., BCBA
Vivian was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, Child Development Option, at California State University, East Bay. She then completed graduate school at University of Washington in Seattle with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has experience providing in-home services in the Bay Area. She provided services in the early intensive behavior intervention (EIBI) clinic at Seattle Children's Autism Center and also worked in a multidisciplinary clinic setting providing ABA services alongside occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In September 2017, Vivian joined the Learning ARTS team as the Behavior Analyst for San Francisco. On her free time, she enjoys being outdoors (i.e. hiking, snowboarding, etc.) and anything to do with food (i.e. trying new foods, cooking, baking, etc.).

Jesse Vang, BCBA
Jesse received his B.A. in Psychology at California State University of Fresno in 2011. He shortly began working with Learning A.R.T.S. as a Behavior Technician in 2012. In 2014, he received his M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University of Fresno. He began working as Behavior Specialist for Learning A.R.T.S. in 2014. In the fall of 2017, Jesse became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He is currently working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the Central Valley region. He has experience working with kids and teens with autism or other developmental disabilities ranging from 2-18 years of age. He has experience working in the community, home, school, and clinic setting. On his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog at home.

Catie Collins, M.S., BCBA
Catie Collins joined the Learning A.R.T.S. team in the summer of 2016 as a Behavior Specialist. Previously she had taught preschool and worked with children for over 12 years. Catie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at William Jessup University, and began pursuing the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She continued her passion for the field and received her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at National University. It has always been her understanding that, "Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the important work" (C.S. Lewis). It is with this passion that she serves all of her patients and their families. In her off time she enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling.

Teresa Morales, M.A., BCBA
Teresa has been working with Learning Arts since September 2015. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento and her Master's degree in Teaching with an Emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017. Teresa enjoys working with English and Spanish-speaking families. One of the most rewarding things about working with Learning Arts is seeing patients learn new skills and being able to help families. During her free time, Teresa likes to cook and spend time with her husband and children.

Amenaghawon Ahmed, M.A., BCBA
I graduated with my Master's degree in Child Development from Sacramento State University in May 2012, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in February 2016. I began working as an in-home therapist for children with Autism in June of 2010 and have stayed in the field ever since. I joined the Learning ARTS team in January 2015 and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am proud to say I belong to a team of professionals dedicated to the quality of service for children with special needs. I look forward to a long future ahead with Learning ARTS and continuing to learn and grow along the way. I am glad to be able to continue to provide quality services to the children and families I work with, and advance the field through disseminating my knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices.

Kelly Alvarez, Senior Director, Operations
Kelly Alvarez came to Learning ARTS in 2006. She brought with her 25 years' experience in business as a business owner and upper management employee. Kelly's experience in teaching stretches over 8 years. At Learning ARTS as Executive Director she oversees all day to day business operations.

Kelly's interest include: family, long walks on the beach, Broadway musicals, and cooking.

Rose Brewer, Director, IT
Rose Brewer joined Learning ARTS beginning of 2016. She brings over 12 years' experience in helping companies make business processes more efficient with an emphasis on automation. In her role as Director of IT, her passion is enabling end users and teams to become self-sufficient by providing them with solutions and tools to allow them to succeed. She is proud to be part of such a warm and caring company and looks forward to creating solutions that will ultimately help the kiddos. In her free time, Rose enjoys fishing, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Erin Kneisel, Director of Cancellations, Credentialing, Office Coordinators, & Scheduling, Assistant to Operations
Erin was born and raised in Salinas where she attended Hartnell College. She worked as an Estimator in the Autobody industry for 7 years and then as a Sales Representative for Advertising and Document Technology for the past 12 years. Last year Erin decided to try the “admin" side of things and joined the Learning ARTS team to handle their Credentialing and Assistant to the Executive Director. She really enjoys working for Learning ARTS and so thankful to be a part of such an awesome team. On the weekends you will most likely find Erin outside enjoying the sun, hanging out with her family watching them in whatever event or sport they are participating in at that time. Life is good!

Chris Bohannon, Director of Finance
Chris Bohannon joined Learning ARTS in 2015, bringing more than 25 years' of experience in financial management and banking. In his role as Finance Director, Chris is responsible for financial planning, reporting, medical billing, collecting and the treasury activities of the company.

Prior to joining Learning ARTS, Chris capped off a 15+ year banking career of commercial lending and portfolio management as a Senior Relationship Manager with JP Morgan Chase. Prior to banking, Chris's financial management experience included: public accounting with Price Waterhouse, international finance with NEC, and chief financial officer duties with AKT Properties.

Chris received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento and obtained his CPA while working for Price Waterhouse.

Nicole Dedinas, Controller
Nicole Dedinas joined Learning ARTS in July of 2015. Previously she was the Staff Accountant at a copier/document technology company for almost 9 years and before that did accounting for one of the world's largest semiconductor companies. Nicole is responsible for Accounts Payable, Payroll, Collections and any other Accounting tasks thrown her way. She has enjoyed working with the amazing group of people and the challenges of Learning ARTS. In her off times Nicole is mother of two boys 14 and 12 years old so they keep her busy.

Jenee Watts, Director of Personnel, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Intakes
Prior to joining our team in early 2016, Jenee Watts was in Sales & Operations Management for the past 16 years. She thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys stream-lining processes. On the weekends, you can find her camping with her family or hanging out with friends. She is very excited to be a part of the Learning ARTS family.

Mary Olson, PCC Supervisor, Billing
Mary Olson joined Learning ARTS in July 2015. Previously, she was an Account Consultant/Public Relations Specialist for a Fortune 500 outsourced company specializing in Small Business acquisitions. Mary is responsible for stream-lining Patient Care Coordinator processes which include Contracts, Authorizations, Claims and Case Management. Mary is thrilled to be part of the Learning ARTS team, she enjoys working with a diverse, creative, and hardworking group of people. Mary is grateful for every opportunity to grow, and to make the lives of our families easier. In her free time, Mary enjoys the outdoors, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Will Brandon, Phd, BCBA-D, LBA, Corporate Officer-President and CEO
Dr. Will Brandon has been working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities for the past 20+ years and is the founder of Learning ARTS. Dr Brandon has a Doctorate in Early Education, a Master's degree in Special Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. He is also currently working on a second Masters in Psychology.

Dr. Brandon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctorate, a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Nevada, a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in Special Education, and holds several California Teaching Credentials. He has been recognized for teaching excellence from the U.S. Congress and from the State of California. Dr. Brandon has sat on several state and local committees including the Superintendent's Autism Advisory Committee (Department of Education) that helped develop protocols for school based services.

In addition to his work with Learning Arts, Dr. Brandon has been an adjunct professor at National University where he taught graduate level coursework in Behavior Analysis and Assessment; and at the University of Phoenix where he taught Gifted Education and Teaching Mathematics. Dr Brandon has also been a guest speaker and presenter at numerous conferences and symposiums including the California Association for Behavior Analysis. Laserfiche, and various educational and support group seminars.

Lara Brandon, MS, Corporate Officer-Secretary
Lara Brandon came to Learning ARTS in 1998. She has had multiple positions at Learning ARTS. Most recently, Lara has been facilitating after school social groups. Prior to doing the social groups, Lara was working with RDI (Relationship Development Intervention) clients and she was the Director of Family Services. She received her RDI Certification in 2008. Lara has a MS in Educational Counseling and received a PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) Credential from National University in 2000. She received a BA in International Relations with a minor in Japanese from U.C. Davis in 1993. Lara enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exercising and trying new things.
