Behavior Technicians work one on one with the clients, implementing program recommendations from the Specialist and Analyst,taking data on client behavior and programs and attending weekly team meetings. Behavior Technicians meet Federal No Child Left Behind Requirements and receive 40 to 80 hours of supervised training in the field before they are considered signed off and ready to work solo with the clientele.
