Learning ARTS employs people in the greater Sacramento, Grass Valley, Yuba City, Fresno, Central Valley and Reno areas. Every member of our staff receives forty hours of initial training, as well as ongoing education through regularly scheduled team seminars. Our in-field clinical staff meet all Title 5 and Title 17 requirements and meet Federal "No Child Left Behind" (NCLB) requirements for their category.
