Executive Director
Justin McCoy provided business consulting services to Learning ARTS for several years before finally joining the full time staff in 2004. He brought with him nearly 14 years of business administration experience from a diverse group of companies that include Intel, Apple, CBS/Medscape and others.
After spending so many years helping large companies develop programs and increase market share he says that he is now quite pleased to be, "using his powers for the forces of good."
Ian Wilson, BCBA
Behavior Analyst
Ian Wilson has been with Learning ARTS since 2002. He has worked his way up through field positions and now provides behavior analytic supervision to our autism intervention programs. Ian has a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and a Master's of Science in Human Behavior and has completed graduate-level units in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and credentialed teacher with classroom experience.
Cassie Muratore, BCBA
Behavior Analyst
Cassie Muratore has been working with children on the autism spectrum for over 6 years and with Learning ARTS since 2005. Cassie completed her undergraduate work at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, earning a Bachelor's in Psychology and her Master's work in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, at California State University, Fresno under the mentorship of Dr. Jennifer Austin. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a member of the California Association for Applied Behavior Analysis.
Melissa Altamirano, BCABA
Regional Supervisor, Fresno
Melissa Altamirano, or Missie, has been supervising our Fresno region since 2005. She is presently completing a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working with children on the autism spectrum for nearly ten years.
Monica Avila, BCABA
Regional Supervisor, Sacramento
Monica Avila has been with Learning ARTS since 2002 and has worked her way up through field positions and now provides administrative support to the Behavior Specialists. Monica has a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Special Education while simultaneously completing graduate-level units in Applied Bheavior Analysis.
